We can’t just talk our way through stress. Otherwise, sitting on the therapist’s couch would work when you’re triggered.

How do I know?
Almost eighteen years ago, sick with chronic fatigue, a painful bladder disease, and a lonely heart, I made a radical healing discovery:
The chaotic story of my life had created a chaotic blueprint inside of my body.
My inner dysfunction then fueled external dysfunction my health, relationships, and career… which created even more dis-ease inside my body.
It was a messy, exhausting stress loop (mostly) camouflaged by overworking, therapy, and medication.
Stress reigned supreme until I learned to change the stories in my head and heart AND the story stuck inside my nervous system.
The solution wasn’t just at the doctor’s office.
It wasn’t just telling my story over and over again in therapy.
And it sure as heck wasn’t waiting on other people or my life itself to magically change.
It turns out…
The solution was where science meets spirit.
Where biography meets biology.
The solution was inside of me all along.
And I promise, it’s inside of you, too.
